south van had the honour of hosting a game between japan’s kitasuna and chinese taipei, taiwan. the kitasuna club’s fame is its history of winning little league world series titles. also little known fact, taiwan has won 17 little league world series titles! it was a battle to the very end where taiwan edged out japan by one run. 0 – 1 taiwan.
